Riri has clearly been following Scarlet and realised blonde is the way forward!!
ha - seriously is there a hair style / colour that doesnt suit this woman?!

Love her though - and love this outfit, I would probably leave the thigh high boots to Scarlet though and maybe go with my high top converse!
