Back to the 90's

Hello,

It seems everyone is going back to 90's with bandanas, baggy jeans and hi-tops (see Scarlets previous blogs).

Now Beyonce is taking it even further with these braids, I think she looks amazing but she usually does!

So how long do we think it will be before others start following the trend....3,2,1!

Wow...I'm trying this regime!

Thanks to Elle.com's newsletter Gunnar Peterson, trainer to Kim Kardashian has revealed the best way to loose weight but KEEP curves - A problem I worry about constantly - followed by looking in the mirror after every run saying "Does my bum look smaller?" and then wolfing down a dumpling if the answer is yes!!!

It actually makes alot of sense and squashes a gym myth about weights....its just a few tips to bear in mind which makes it simple and easy to follow!

Im definatley impressed by the BMR which has helped me to realise how much I should reduce my calories by and how to keep my curves and loose weight in all the right places...def one for the ladies who have never or will never be nor want to be a skinny minnie....

Congratulations Beyonce (I hate you)!

Beyonce is preggers!

There is proof women can have it all - Beyonce announced at the MTV awards that she is 3 months pregnant! I can happily admit I'M JEALOUS!! Not only has she got an amazing career as possibly the biggest artist in the world right now, she is beautiful and married to one of most eligible men in the world - ha and despite the title its actually quite hard to hate her, The Z's seem to have a fairly down to earth lifestyle and have managed to keep their private life to themselves! I'm sure that baby is gonna have an amazing life!!

And just to rub it all in these images may make you feel even more depressed she looks amazing and Jay Z looks beyond proud (so cute) - check out the youtube videos of Kanye jumping on Jay and slapping his back!

Ahh I wish I was in that inner circle of coolness!!

Anyway back to my glamorous life...

On another note....

If you haven't got Beyonce's new album "4", you should...its not a work of absolute life changing material but as usual Queen B has evolved, and captured the emotion and life changes we all go through at some point. At the moment my favourite tracks are;

"1+1" - if you know me at all you know I LOVE weird noises and exaggerations on vocals - example no.1 being Lady Gaga in.............well practically every song she has ever wrote! ha B exaggerates "you" on this and I love to sing along...and I can honestly connect to it!

"Best thing I never had" - Listen to it and I'm sure you will have done it and got the ex's tee to go with it!

I really do love the album and its definatley worth a purchase! Her voice has expanded and has become much more "throaty" (I know its one of "my" words - I'm no music exec!) but its a sexy soulful sound, and hard to hit when you can't sing!

Its content is a little more adulterted...Now B's a married woman she not afraid to admit she's no virgin! Although it still is wrapped in cotton, she'll always be the girl next door, and to be honest with you I'm quite glad, she has stayed true to who she is, a private person, she may be be the biggest freak you would ever know, but you may never.....too many artists these days pretend to be freaks when really I can see they're not!

You just can't wear this to Sobar (or similar) if you could I would!!!!

The only reason I wouldn't rock this out is, beacuse there be a lot of nipple going on (note B's strategically placed arms) and I would probably be arrested for indecent exposure...oh and I'm not exactly there on the body front!!!!!ha

But I can dream....
