No holiday booked but why not!

A few years ago I had a girly holiday in a somewhat HOT country, and I didn't tan a single inch of my body. So I came to the conclusion that my body has decided that since I've faked it I can carry on. Turning a negative into a positive I thought YES now I can wear all those amazing shaped and detailed swimsuits/bikinis that would leave you with stupid tan lines! Thank you....

Here are a few ranging in price I like, from high street to designer....I'm off to the travel agents!

H&M Swimsuit £12.99 - black is simple and can be matched with any day bits to go from pool to niche market!!! And think of that heat on your body, black attracts!

H&M Bikini £24.99- Screams old hollywood in shape, with an almost dated palm tree graphic...this would look A-mezing on a big bottom! wink wink...
Available at - H&M

H&M String Bikini £20.98- How amazing...LOVE it beyond words! Why do you always love what wouldn't suit you...or is that just me? Big boobs and tube tops are a warning area for me...maybe I'll just try it on and hope!
Available at - H&M

River Island Black Macrame Swimsuit £30.00 - Love the detail on this but think it needds a teeny tiny waist to keep you looking womanly...probably a tryer-onner in all truth!
Available at - River Island

River Island Bronze Fringe Swimsuit £27.00 - They used to have this in a shade or orange - loved it, but seems its not available anymore...this is still a really nice colour, imagine beautifully bronzing skin next to it and orange nails are a must of course!
Available at - River Island

Topshop Wet Look Swimsuit £34.00 - I see combed back wet hair, strong eyebrows, someone with a little diva inside them...I don't think its for the mild hearted! Helloooo...look at the back - GORGEOUS! And on a little naughty level, I think your breasts (when cold) would look to die for...
Available at - Topshop

DVF Mini Spot Leopard Swimsuit Reduced to £127.00 - Think the shape of this is classic, the back is ultra low and its screams chic femininity.
Available at - My Wardobe

Miu Miu Plunge Front Swimsuit £130.00 - I love this, simple, elegant...This era's bond girl!!!
Available at - Net-a-Porter

Matthew Williamson Leopard-print Swimsuit £250 - I think I like this as its pretty unusual and wouldn't see anyone else in it! I'd rock it in Miami!!!
Avaialble at - Net-a-Porter

Lisa Maree Feathering Peacock Crochet Swimsuit £155.00 - Doubles up as an AMAZING top, I love a bit of crotchet!
Available at - Net-a-Porter

Get buying people...swimwear can be reinvented year upon year!

Enjoy

A Dye job!!!

My hairdresser in the past 2 years has taken me from auburn to bright Rihanna red, to blonde and back to copper...now those of you who don't know much about hair dying will not realise the challenge I put in her hands to go from red to blonde, and being me, I was ridiculously picky re shades! I had to go brunette in between to cancel out the red, and my hairdresser didnt even think I could go as blonde as I did, I know she loves my hair even though it challenges her so much! And after all her hard work to get me blonde I decided I was too blonde and rather than go dirty blonde again, I reverted back to my auburn roots...not my natural colour, but a colour that looks natural on me...love love LOVE it! I feel 100% me again....I don't regret experimenting with colour as I've always wanted to be a blonde for a while, and they do have fun! See my timeline of hair colours, I think the red bases suit me more than brunettes and blondes...

Home dying - before I trusted a hairdresser!ha I used a dark red that would sometimes show up a deep reddish purple dependant on what colours I wore...

The handywork of Emma (my first auburn colour/cut was the work of Che and later Sarah but neither now work for Niche)

I would definatley recommend that if you live anywhere in Birmingham to book in to see Emma at Niche, Acocks Green, she can work with all types of hair, and is honest about her expectations on how quickly or not in some cases you can go from one difficult colour to the next...luckily for an impatient client (me) my hair is reallyyyyyyyy durable and takes colour well! I am so lucky!

My latest trip last weekend started with a brief of, the auburn I used to be but a little more Bree but not too Bozo the Clown....and look what I got! Love it....what do you think?
