Inca Recordings - JNR & Enz's latest Video - Keep Up

The latest installment from JNR & Enz, versing over Crazytowns "Butterfly" , the video is one of my faves. I love movement and complicated processes that look seemless - a credit to the artists and the director, Frogg and Peach Productions's Aaron Sheekey...check it out here...

Note the fact that even the way the artists ride their bikes is a reflection on their personlities...hilarious!

Golden Globes 2013...Hollywood glamour?

To be honest I haven't been blown away...Casually browsing over Elle's coverage of the Golden Globes, I found myself desperatley seeking to be knocked off my chair, but....niento!

To remain on the positive, but probably far too critical, here are my faves?...(already sounds harsh, eek!)

I love the detailing and the sheer panel over the shoulders, but as for the clutch and the makeup, not feeling it. I would have chosen something very similar in colour for the clutch, and also very delicate in design, in fact I would have gone neutral, neutral, NEUTRAL and let my hair do the popping!

I love the colour, the hair is simple and I NEED the tangerine lips, in fact theres not much I can criticise, it just doesnt blow me away? Why???

I really like the texture and shade of red in this number, maybe the picture doesnt do the makeup and hair much justice but its just lacking? Its doesnt have to be all jaa jaa but a little something something, it is the red carpet darling.

McQueen...I love you! I love the neckline and the fact that Kate is so HOT! But I think I would have gave the belt a miss...and again my chair legs are stable?

I actually really love this dress, it stood out because the dark panelling makes it not particularily "hollywood glamour"...but Im sorry, shes just not working it, honey! (starting to feel very catty but sometimes we just have to say!)

Really like the plunge neckline and japanese influence, but the feet look really bad hideous...can't say Im a fan on the book clutches either, I left those behind with my teddy bear backpack.

What did you think?

Marrakesh & me....

So Elle-phant & I and our best friend have booked a short break to Marrakesh to celebrate and me being me, I cannot wait to go and have already starting looking at swimwear I could possibly nab in the christas sales...likely? Probably not, but who cares!

As I have mentioned before I no longer tan, so I've resorted to the mindset that I'll just fake it and wear incredibly amazing swimwear instead and not worry about tan lines like others would have to! Every cloud and all that!

Heres what I have found so far...LOVE!

Agent Provocateur - £110 - Simple...chic...

Balmain - £242 - A little bit extra, remind you of anyone?ha

Mara Hoffman - £190 - Love this woman...nothing is too complex, the issue of getting these contraption looking one pieces on in the morning worries me, but the prints are to die for!

Mara Hoffamn - £253 - And I completley conradict myself...but wouldn't you! Just look at it, swoon!

Mara Hoffman - £78 - Notice the non-pattern of the prints available, a girl after my own heart...this one makes me think of bananas & Mondrian...

Melissa Odabsh- £598 - Like the detailing, but a little too pricey me thinks...

We Are Handsome - £205 - My favourite so far...its not what I expected to like but I just think not everyone is fierce enought to wear it...get it, fierce? Im wasted on here...

Agent Provocateur - £225 - Oooohhh how i like this...

We Are Handsome - £142.50 - Going to North Africa this seems pretty apt?!

Agent Provocateur - £110 - The pink/orange version...a little more me...

Im still looking but I thought I'd fill you in, means as I'm sure everthing is christmas, tinsel, and wrapping paper right now!

Enjoy

Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 premieres - LA & London!

So the day is upon us and Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 is in cinemas tomorrow night, have you booked you tickets? (I have!)

The premieres in LA & London have been and gone and I have to say I prefer Kristens LA look! The Zuhair Murad jumpsuit trouser jumpsuit was not my favourite due to the bottom half, the top half was outstandinly beautiful though!

The dress, by the same designer no less has the little details I love, like the necklace tucked into the dress bodice (perhaps the pendant is something she wants to keep hidden? - thats just something I would do?) and the barely there colour against her skin (swoon).

What do you think?

P.S I havent had time to review all the outfits (lunchbreaks?pah) although Taylor was looking mighty fine, and I'm more of an Robert fan!

Margiela for H&M preview

The Maison Martin Margiela and H&M sneak preview is available to view online, but officially available the 15th November; there are a few pieces I like...and its well priced too! I wasn't keen on the previous collaboration with Versace but this collection is far more me, amazing cuts and materials to die for!

I love this puffa coat as it takes me back to my youth, I can feel the warmth just looking at it! I like the fact that when wearing it I could pull up the collar, walk down the road and feel like no-one can see me!

The drape of the red dress makes it a statement, and it is extremeley timeless as you could wear it anytime, anywhere! I'd even be tempted to rock it with boots and a leather in the day!

But this is my ultimate favourite! Looks can be decieving and when I saw the price I was shocked! It is actually a long tshirt dress with a print, but it looks amazing, the detail of the design printed is beautiful, and I particularily love the sides! I want, I want!!!

Paris Fashion Week - Elie Saab!!!

Wow...I love the SS collection shown yesterday afternoon at Paris fashion week...as you will see from the number of my favourite ensembles shown below! In comparison to the number of images I blogged yesterday it kind of swoops gracefully over them in sheer mass alone! Although I love them all for different reasons, I can't resist the McQueen corsets or honeycomb thigh highs...swoon!

To be frank I'm aware that the collection isn't heavily influenced by bees or embellished to an inch of its life, but Elie Saab is known for the amazingly feminine designs that are chic, demure and beautifully detailed, something I can appreciate and CRAVE for! I want them all!
